1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Homna eSheba ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. The App is intended for users aged 18 years and older.
2. Purpose of the App
Homna eSheba provides a local directory for Homna Upazila, where users can:
- View information about local services (hospitals, doctors, shops, offices, etc.)
- Submit, edit, or request local listings and advertisements (where available)
The App may send you push notifications related to app updates, local information, or service alerts. By using the App, you agree that such notifications may be sent to your device, and you can opt out at any time through your device’s notification settings. The App does not process payments or in‑app purchases at this time.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
To create or edit posts, you must create an account and provide accurate information (email, phone number, and any other requested details).
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
- You must not share your account with others or use someone else’s account without permission.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our policies.
4. User-Generated Content (UGC)
You are responsible for the content you submit or publish in the App. You agree that:
- All content you provide will be accurate and relevant to Homna Upazila.
- You will not submit content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, violent, or sexually explicit.
- You will not upload content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
- You will not submit spam, repeated posts, or misleading advertisements.
We reserve the right to review, edit, hide, or remove any content at our discretion, especially if it violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or Google Play policies.
5. Advertisement Packages and Submission
The App may show information about advertisement packages or categories, describing available options and features for local businesses.
- Prices are not handled inside the App; any pricing or payment is discussed externally (for example, via WhatsApp or Messenger).
- When you submit an advertisement request through the form, you agree to provide accurate contact information (name, phone number, and ad type).
- Your submission is only a request and does not guarantee that your advertisement will be approved or shown. We may refuse or remove advertisements that violate our policies or applicable law.
- All data related to advertisement requests is managed according to our Privacy Policy.
6. Data and Privacy
All personal data and content you provide are subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes in detail: What information we collect, How we use and protect it, How you can request deletion. By using the App, you agree to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Account Deletion and Content Handling
You can request deletion of your account within the App (if available) or by contacting us. When your account is deleted, your personal account information is removed from our user database. Some directory content or listings that you previously contributed may remain in anonymized form (without your name or contact details) to preserve the usefulness of the directory. If you want specific posts or images fully removed, you must contact us and clearly identify the content you want deleted. We will review and, where reasonable, remove such content.
8. Intellectual Property
The App’s overall design, logo, and core content created by the App owner are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the App without prior written permission, except for content you have created yourself.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any express or implied warranties. Information in the App, especially user-generated content and directory listings, may not always be complete, accurate, or up to date. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from: Your reliance on information found in the App, Your communication or transactions with any business or person listed in the App, Technical issues such as downtime, errors, or data loss. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited.
10. Changes to the App and Terms
We may update or modify the App, add or remove features (including advertisement options), or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be made available in the App or via an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your country of residence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.

১. শর্তাবলি গ্রহণ
Homna eSheba (“অ্যাপ”) ডাউনলোড, ইনস্টল বা ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তাবলি (Terms & Conditions) এবং আমাদের প্রাইভেসি পলিসির সাথে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। আপনি যদি এই শর্তগুলোর সাথে একমত না হন, তাহলে অনুগ্রহ করে অ্যাপটি ব্যবহার করবেন না।
এই অ্যাপটি ১৮ বছর বা তার বেশি বয়সী ব্যবহারকারীদের জন্য প্রযোজ্য।
২. অ্যাপের উদ্দেশ্য
Homna eSheba হলো হোমনা উপজেলার জন্য একটি লোকাল ডিরেক্টরি অ্যাপ, যেখানে ব্যবহারকারীরা—
- হাসপাতাল, ডাক্তার, দোকান, অফিসসহ বিভিন্ন স্থানীয় সেবার তথ্য দেখতে পারবেন
- প্রয়োজন হলে স্থানীয় লিস্টিং ও বিজ্ঞাপনের অনুরোধ, যোগ, বা সম্পাদনা করতে পারবেন
অ্যাপটি আপনাকে অ্যাপ আপডেট, গুরুত্বপূর্ণ স্থানীয় তথ্য বা সেবা সংক্রান্ত নোটিফিকেশন পাঠাতে পারে। আপনি যেকোনো সময় আপনার ডিভাইসের নোটিফিকেশন সেটিংস থেকে এগুলো বন্ধ করতে পারবেন।
বর্তমানে এই অ্যাপে কোনো ধরনের পেমেন্ট বা ইন-অ্যাপ পারচেজ সুবিধা নেই।
৩. ইউজার অ্যাকাউন্ট ও দায়িত্ব
পোস্ট তৈরি বা সম্পাদনা করতে হলে আপনাকে একটি অ্যাকাউন্ট খুলতে হবে এবং সঠিক তথ্য (ইমেইল, ফোন নম্বর ইত্যাদি) প্রদান করতে হবে।
আপনার লগইন তথ্যের নিরাপত্তা ও আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে হওয়া সকল কার্যকলাপের সম্পূর্ণ দায়িত্ব আপনার।
আপনি আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট অন্য কারো সাথে শেয়ার করতে পারবেন না বা অন্যের অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন না।
এই শর্তাবলি বা আমাদের নীতিমালা লঙ্ঘন করলে আমরা আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট সাময়িক বা স্থায়ীভাবে বন্ধ করতে পারি।
৪. ব্যবহারকারীর তৈরি কনটেন্ট (UGC)
আপনি অ্যাপে যে কোনো কনটেন্ট (তথ্য, লেখা, ছবি) জমা দিলে তার সম্পূর্ণ দায়িত্ব আপনার। আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন যে—
- আপনার দেওয়া কনটেন্ট হোমনা উপজেলার সাথে সম্পর্কিত ও সঠিক হবে
- কোনো অবৈধ, প্রতারণামূলক, মানহানিকর, ঘৃণামূলক, সহিংস বা অশালীন কনটেন্ট পোস্ট করবেন না
- কপিরাইট, ট্রেডমার্ক বা অন্যের বুদ্ধিবৃত্তিক সম্পত্তি লঙ্ঘন করবেন না
- স্প্যাম, বারবার একই পোস্ট বা বিভ্রান্তিকর বিজ্ঞাপন দেবেন না
এই শর্তাবলি, আমাদের কমিউনিটি গাইডলাইন বা Google Play নীতিমালা লঙ্ঘন করলে আমরা যেকোনো কনটেন্ট রিভিউ, এডিট, লুকানো বা মুছে ফেলার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।
৫. বিজ্ঞাপন প্যাকেজ ও সাবমিশন
অ্যাপে স্থানীয় ব্যবসার জন্য বিজ্ঞাপন প্যাকেজ বা ক্যাটাগরির তথ্য দেখানো হতে পারে।
এই অ্যাপের ভেতরে কোনো দাম বা পেমেন্ট নেওয়া হয় না; মূল্য বা পেমেন্ট সংক্রান্ত বিষয় অ্যাপের বাইরে (যেমন WhatsApp বা Messenger) আলোচনা করা হয়।
বিজ্ঞাপনের জন্য ফর্ম সাবমিট করার সময় আপনাকে সঠিক নাম, ফোন নম্বর ও বিজ্ঞাপনের ধরন দিতে হবে।
বিজ্ঞাপন সাবমিশন করা মানেই বিজ্ঞাপন অনুমোদন বা প্রকাশ হবে—এমন কোনো নিশ্চয়তা নয়। আমাদের নীতিমালা বা আইন ভঙ্গ করলে আমরা যেকোনো বিজ্ঞাপন বাতিল বা সরিয়ে দিতে পারি।
বিজ্ঞাপন সংক্রান্ত সকল তথ্য আমাদের প্রাইভেসি পলিসি অনুযায়ী ব্যবস্থাপনা করা হয়।
৬. ডাটা ও প্রাইভেসি
আপনি যে সকল ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য ও কনটেন্ট প্রদান করেন, সেগুলো আমাদের প্রাইভেসি পলিসির আওতাভুক্ত। সেখানে বিস্তারিতভাবে উল্লেখ আছে—
- কী ধরনের তথ্য সংগ্রহ করা হয়
- কীভাবে তথ্য ব্যবহার ও সুরক্ষিত রাখা হয়
- কীভাবে ডাটা বা অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিলিটের অনুরোধ করা যায়
অ্যাপ ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই ডাটা ব্যবস্থাপনার সাথে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।
৭. অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিলিট ও কনটেন্ট ব্যবস্থাপনা
আপনি অ্যাপের ভেতর থেকে (যদি অপশন থাকে) বা আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিলিটের অনুরোধ করতে পারেন।
অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিলিট হলে আপনার ব্যক্তিগত অ্যাকাউন্ট তথ্য আমাদের ইউজার ডাটাবেজ থেকে মুছে ফেলা হয়।
ডিরেক্টরির উপযোগিতা বজায় রাখতে আপনার দেওয়া কিছু তথ্য বা লিস্টিং নাম ও যোগাযোগ তথ্য ছাড়া (anonymized অবস্থায়) থাকতে পারে।
আপনি যদি নির্দিষ্ট কোনো পোস্ট বা ছবি সম্পূর্ণভাবে মুছে ফেলতে চান, তাহলে আমাদের জানাতে হবে। যুক্তিসংগত হলে আমরা তা মুছে দেব।
৮. মেধাস্বত্ব (Intellectual Property)
অ্যাপের ডিজাইন, লোগো এবং অ্যাপ মালিকের তৈরি মূল কনটেন্ট প্রযোজ্য আইনের মাধ্যমে সুরক্ষিত।
অ্যাপ মালিকের লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া আপনি অ্যাপের কোনো অংশ কপি, পরিবর্তন, বিতরণ বা বিক্রি করতে পারবেন না—নিজের তৈরি কনটেন্ট ছাড়া।
৯. দায়বদ্ধতা সীমাবদ্ধতা
এই অ্যাপটি “যেমন আছে” এবং “যেমন পাওয়া যায়” ভিত্তিতে প্রদান করা হয়।
বিশেষ করে ব্যবহারকারীর তৈরি কনটেন্ট ও ডিরেক্টরি তথ্য সবসময় সম্পূর্ণ বা হালনাগাদ নাও হতে পারে।
নিচের যেকোনো কারণে হওয়া ক্ষতি বা বিরোধের জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই—
- অ্যাপের তথ্যের ওপর নির্ভর করা
- অ্যাপে তালিকাভুক্ত ব্যক্তি বা প্রতিষ্ঠানের সাথে যোগাযোগ বা লেনদেন
- সার্ভার সমস্যা, অ্যাপ ডাউন, ত্রুটি বা ডাটা লস
আইন যতটুকু অনুমোদন করে, ততটুকুই আমাদের দায় সীমাবদ্ধ থাকবে।
১০. অ্যাপ ও শর্তাবলির পরিবর্তন
আমরা যেকোনো সময় অ্যাপ আপডেট, নতুন ফিচার যোগ বা বাদ দিতে পারি এবং এই শর্তাবলি পরিবর্তন করতে পারি।
পরিবর্তন হলে অ্যাপে বা কার্যকর তারিখ আপডেটের মাধ্যমে জানানো হবে।
পরিবর্তনের পরও অ্যাপ ব্যবহার করলে তা নতুন শর্তে সম্মতির প্রমাণ হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।
১১. প্রযোজ্য আইন
এই শর্তাবলি বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে, তবে আপনার দেশের প্রযোজ্য ভোক্তা সুরক্ষা আইন প্রভাবিত হবে না।
এই শর্তাবলি থেকে উদ্ভূত যেকোনো বিরোধ বাংলাদেশের আদালতে নিষ্পত্তি করা হবে।

অ্যাপটিতে তৃতীয় পক্ষের ওয়েবসাইটের লিংক থাকতে পারে। এসব বাহ্যিক সাইটের কনটেন্ট, নিরাপত্তা বা প্রাইভেসি নীতির জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।
